Ladies, let's work together to and enjoy an exercise group at ILPC

All Groups meet in the Gym, unless otherwise noted.

Monday Evenings - Mat Pilates - 7 to 7:45 PM
bring water and a mat for strengthening core muscles and training on arms and legs

Tuesday Evenings - Zumba - 7 to 7:45 PM
- bring water for this dance style exercise

Thursday Evenings - Stretch and Flow Class- 7 to 7:45 PM
- bring a mat, blanket or towel to this slow-paced stretching
and low intensity workout

Saturday Morning - Walk/Run Group - 8:30 to 9:15 AM
- bring water and meet at the Yellow Doors - will do outdoor walking as weather permits.
